Cutting Your Wedding Cake
In case a professional is not there to help you out once it is time to cut the cake, we have gathered a few tips that will help you cut it!
- Cut vertically through the bottom layer to the edge of the second layer and then cut wedge-shaped pieces
- Once these pieces have been served, do the same with the middle layer, cut vertically around at the edges of the top layer and then cut wedge-shaped pieces
- When those pieces have been served, return to the bottom layer
- Repeat cuts made
- Cut the remaining tiers into desired-size pieces
