Mia and Zach | I Do, Guatemala

Mia and Zach

Let's talk about another beautiful destination wedding that took place in Antigua Guatemala.   It was Mia's and Zach's special event, and they chose to get married in May, a very romantic month! The week end was intense but incredible and some of our staff members even managed to take some pictures so that we could share them with you. Antigua happens to be quite often the choice of the best location where you can have a destination wedding in Guatemala.  Mia and Zach chose to get married here, and the venue they picked was Las Capuchinas, a beautiful ex-convent where they wanted to celebrate their wedding ceremony, and then have a cocktail and later the reception. Las Capuchinas has many different and very picturesque areas, giving you the possibility to decide where you can have the wedding ceremony, where the cocktail will take place and where the guests can enjoy the reception. In Mia's and Zach's case, they determined that the Temple was the ideal place for their ceremony, and it turned out to be a splendid one! Once it ended, the guests were invited to go outside in the courtyard, where finger food and a delicious cocktail were served to everyone, while the bride and groom were driven around Antigua to have their pictures taken. When the bride and groom entered the reception site, all the guest were waiting for them.  Soft music in the background invited the father of the bride and his daughter to start the first dance, followed by the mother of the groom and her son.  Everyone marveled when the majestic show of fireworks began, and they were greatly appreciated!   After the father of the bride presented his toast, all the guests were invited to serve themselves at the buffet station, and everyone enjoyed the rich and delicious dishes that were displayed. The decor decide by Mia was towards the natural look, since she believed that a simple one would accentuate the beauty of the venue and enhance the environment that she wanted to create! The result was fabulous! Mia and Zach, congratulations and lots of blessing to you!
